An expert in all things soul food and BBQ, Adrian weaves into his presentation a mix of theology, history, culinary knowledge, and a passion for justice.
Besides being a writer and food critic, Adrian Miller is the Executive Director of the Colorado Council of Churches. He’s the author of numerous books including Black Smoke: African Americans and the United States of Barbecue (2021).
