Too often we feel rich in information and poor in wisdom. And when we encounter significant decisions, we often default to engaging available information through the lens of past experience, expectations, and sometimes fear.

But a far healthier way is available to us. One that might help us to strategically mature in discernment and decision making. To discover or sharpen our callings. To cultivate and share personal wisdom.

The Enneagram of Discernment: The Way of Vocation, Wisdom, and Practice breaks new ground in the enneagram field through Dr. Drew Moser’s innovative approach to exploring the enneagram to discover calling, cultivate wisdom, and develop habits for wise decision-making.

In this half-day workshop based on his book, Drew will weave together theology, spirituality, neuroscience, and psychology, introducing nine key questions each of us must consider when faced with a decision. These nine questions are grouped into three triads: The Vocation Triad, The Wisdom Triad, and The Practice Triad, each of which will add a new layer of personal understanding and equip you to make wise decisions more confidently as you deftly navigate your natural tendencies.

Who is the workshop for?

This workshop is designed for those who want to dig deeper into the enneagram, and who already have some introductory understanding of this nuanced tool. We encourage participants to have completed an enneagram assessment prior to the workshop, such as the one from the typology institute, or to have an intuitive understanding of your type based on your own reading of books such as, The Road Back to You: An Enneagram Journey to Self-Discovery by Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile, or Mirror for the Soul: A Christian Guide to the Enneagram by Alice Fryling.
