What does success look like for a Christian business leader? What are the key performance indicators? These questions are at the core of Chuck Thomas’ thinking about Christian identity and how he integrates biblical principles in the demanding world of business.

A brand marketer and strategic business growth expert, Chuck Thomas will lead a half-day seminar for Christians working in any business or social enterprise at any level of leadership—particularly those who want to inspire outstanding performance, make a difference in the world, and create eternal impact.

Chuck’s innovative framework combines knowledge gleaned from his study of the Bible, theology, behavioral and consumer psychology, organizational development, culture and change management, brand strategy, market creation, and product innovation—applied and studied at hundreds of companies. Over the course of the day, Chuck will delve into principles and questions, such as:

  • How can biblical faith improve the performance of “best-in-class” sales and marketing, finance, organizational design, human resources, management, engineering, product design, manufacturing, legal, and mergers and acquisitions?
  • How can employees and mid-level managers authentically live out their faith and create life-changing impact amid prevailing currents that often push against it?
  • How can visionary leaders reflect God’s grace and love for stakeholders while achieving industry-leading performance and operational excellence?
  • How does a company align the expectations and values of its customers, vendors, and employees with the values of God’s Kingdom?

Senior- and mid-level managers will find that Chuck’s theological framework and practical knowledge will empower them in their ongoing exploration and integration of grace-filled faith with all aspects of a for-profit business or non-profit social enterprise.
