Do you find yourself chasing “something more”?
We seem to be people seized by longings we can’t satisfy. This longing is built into our very nature. We were created with an innate desire to be part of a story bigger than our own.
Sadly, most of us spend our lives blind to the fact that this story is right in front of us, beckoning us to come and play our part. Still, we continue to pursue everything else and remain dissatisfied.
In this talk, York Moore will explore how to reframe your story and begin to see God’s story breaking into your everyday moments. York will invite us to leave mediocrity and fear behind and become a part of God’s bigger, beautiful, more adventurous story.
York Moore is an artistically gifted speaker, revivalist, and abolitionist, and he serves as National Evangelist for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He is the author of Do Something Beautiful: The Story of Everything and a Guide to Your Place in It (Moody, 2018), Making All Things New: God’s Dream for Global Justice (InterVarsity Press, 2012), andGrowing Your Faith by Giving it Away (InterVarsity Press, 2005).York became a Christian while studying philosophy at the University of Michigan where he completed his undergraduate degree; he also holds an M.A. in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
