STUDENTS—ARE YOU READY TO WORSHIP?
YOU ARE INVITED!
Whether you’re an Upper House “regular,”
a frequenter of our many events or A Just Brew coffee,
the studious person who made a permanent impression on one of our huge orange couches,
or someone who’s walked past our doors on East Campus Mall and wondered “What are those people up to?”
LET’S WORSHIP THE GOD WHO LOVES US.
Even though we’re unable to gather this fall in the numbers we’re used to, that’s not stopping us from worshiping our loving God together—even virtually. The Heartland Community Church Worship Team will lead us in song, praise, and prayer. The Rev. Dr. Marcus Allen will teach and inspire us to live and serve as genuine Christ followers.
Register for live stream links on Facebook and YouTube for this virtual event.
More about Our Worship Night Leaders
The Heartland Community Church Worship Team invites followers of Christ into Spirit-filled community through worship and prayer. We desire to genuinely reflect God’s vision for the Kingdom. As a part of the Heartland church community, we enjoy spending time together, singing, reflecting, and learning about God.
The Rev. Dr. Marcus Allen is the pastor at Mount Zion Baptist Church, one of Madison’s oldest and most storied African American churches; he is also president of the African American Council of Churches in Madison (AACCM). He has a heart and passion for students at UW-Madison and looks forward to helping students enter the academic year with their hearts and minds set on God.
